Banners/Artwork not showing up #649

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Proper thumbnails/banners for each TV show.
Instead there's a red faded banner (shown in the picture below) for every show. 

What version of MP-TVSeries and MediaPortal are you using?
MP-TV Series 3.3.3.1972

What Skin are you using?
Default

On what operating system?
Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below e.g. Logs & Pictures.

I don't if this a fault in the actual program or I'm doing something wrong. I 
followed the instructions listed in Wiki section.
