language flag in GUI for multiple files with different audio/subtitle languages #653

would it be possible to have in line with resolution,video codec, audio codec, 
subtitles etc. picture (flag) or text with file/subtitle language?

I have many TV series with multiple files per episode
xxx - S01E01.avi - English audio
xxx - S01E01(CZ).avi - Czech audio
xxx - S01E01(SK).avi - Slovak audio
