Show 'green' Subtitle icon when available subs match preferred subtitle language #654

What enhancement or feature would you like?
Many TV Series contain subtitles nowadays, and most of them are English. TV 
Series scans the MediaInfo and displays the CC logo. When starting playback, 
you don't get offered to download subtitles, since they are present. The only 
check that isn't done is if the available subtitles are equal to the user 
preferred subtitle language.

How would you expect it to work? Can you illustrate it with examples such
as images or scenarios?
It would be nice if there could be a check if (any of) the available subtitle 
languages matches the preferred subtitle language, and if this is true, display 
a 'greenish' CC logo. Non matching could use the default CC logo. This way you 
know if you need to download a subtitle or not.
