videos won't import to begin process windows 8 #660

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.download program
2.select import path 
3.try to import files

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
epected to see files be parsed but see
parsing 0
found 0 files
What version of MP-TVSeries and MediaPortal are you using?
1.3 and 3.4.2

What Skin are you using?
titan

On what operating system?
windows 8, I just set up with same files all on my external drive on a windows 
7 and it worked just fine no issues.

Please provide any additional information below e.g. Logs & Pictures.
