marked shows not staying "watched"

Is this with the trakt plugin enabled?

Because there was some issues with the trakt servers as well as a bug 
identified in the cache client side of the trakt plugin which should hopefully 
solve this issue.

Yeah it is with the trakt plugin enabled.  I had to manually update it
recently and found that many episodes I had marked as watched would
continually come up as unwatched.  Do I need to manually clear the cache in
the plugin?
