Add corresponding forces and controlling axle location #8

Add corresponding shear to maximum moment Add corresponding moment to maximum shear Add axle number at node to generate maximum effects, basically gives the train location on the bridge to generate the maximum effects at each node.

Added corresponding moment to maximum shear and corresponding shear to maximum moment. Didn't get around to adding the controlling axle location.

I think the controlling axle location should be reported for the maximum shear and maximum moment. Maybe also for the maximum pier reaction. I think implementing the controlling axle location will be more involved than the corresponding forces.

Partially complete.

Implemented the controlling axle location some time ago. I assume it wasn't as difficult as I had thought.
