Input values aren't saved #2

When I create a new Network Action and fill out the fields on the form and click 'Save' it does indeed save them. However, if I click off the form and come back, nothing is filled in. Consequently this means that if I change a subset of fields on the form (re-add exclusions, for instance) the rest of the things on the form are erased unless I also fill them out again

That sounds strange and I couldn't reproduce it. Can you give me more info on what OS you are, and check if the folder C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\ProxySwitcher is not read only and you can save files in it. Maybe you can attach the log.txt to this issue
