Proxy Switcher allows you to automatically execute actions, based on the detected network connection. As the name indicates, Proxy Switcher comes with some default actions, for example setting proxy settings for Internet Explorer, Firefox and Opera.
I foolishly managed to add a network that had no name (I deleted the default name and hit save).
Once you do this, it's no longer possible to edit or delete that network - you simply can't select it in the UI. I worked around it by closing the app, editing the XML settings and giving the network a name manually - once I did that, I could edit the network again.
The UI should probably prevent networks from being untitled!
