Mwa uvfits write update

This was a branch to update the MWA_EoR_High_uvfits_write script.

Description

We made several updates to the script, and then decided it was better if it lived in EoRImaging/pipeline_scripts repo. The script now pre-processes optionally with VanVleck, and writes out associated flagging metadata. It can also read in FHD cal solutions, apply them to the data, and make calibrated SSINS. It also doesn't live in this repo anymore.
