Include Variant Scriban on cache clearing , CD cache clear #3

Description: Smart Publish on Scriban Includes does not clear cache on CD / Live servers https://github.com/mwillebrands/sitecore-scriban-extensions/issues/1

We noticed that cache clears on master but not on web or remote.
