Shoulder swap hotkey doesn't work when bound to mouse buttons #24

Binding shoulder swap to M3, M4, or M5 has no effect.

I've written a fix for this - hopefully the key code bodge I did doesn't overlap any other keys on the keyboard. I'll have a new release out soon.
