add number of owned players vs unowned players per prem team #71

either create a new page or add to an existing page the number of players owned and unowned per premier league team. Biggest issue is going to be accounting for players who are on loan or have left the premier league but are appearing in the json api response

use plyer_ownership and elements and teams to get the ownership per team
