Logging into admin portal fails with return 502 error code #210

Logging into the sample, test site's admin page - https://automationintesting.online/#/admin - fails with the server returning a 502 error code. Tried under Chrome and Firefox and under browser with no previous cookies, history. If more information is needed please ask.

Issue appears to have resolved itself. I am able to log into the admin page. Also I notice a reply when submitting a commit which was not happening before. Prior to the resolution it was ending in a blank page.
