[BUG] Missing title for the Contact form on the Front Page #242

Pre-conditions:

User is logged in.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Click on the Front Page tab.
  2. Scroll down to the Contact form.

Expected result:

There shall be a title for the section (e.g. "Contact Us").

Actual result:

There is no title above the form.
