[BUG] - ImageUtilities | user/guild banner opens/saves not full sized #1471

Describe the bug

When saving or opening an image from a user or guild banner, a non-full-size version of the image is used.
It is strange that the user's guild nitro banner opens full-size at the same time, as it should.

To Reproduce

Find a guild/user with a banner
View/Open/Download the banner
The image/gif opens not using "?size=4096"

Expected behavior

The image/gif opens using "?size=4096"

Now the image view is full-size. But banners are still downloaded/opened not full-size, if you do not open the image preview before that. Is this how it should be? @mwittrien
