Describe the bug
Profile picture (and sometimes name) don't change.
To Reproduce
Change PFP and Name of a User, only in DMs/Server does the name change and PFP never changes.
Expected behavior
Well, I didn't really expect it to work because Discord broke alot of Plugins recently but if I did expect it to work I'd expect it to always change the Name and PFP.
