Describe the bug
The "Choose a Generator Theme" dropdown produces multiple entries for the same option. See screenshot:
To Reproduce
It duplicates it repeatedly if I follow these steps:
1) Disable ThemeRepo
2) Enable ThemeRepo
4) Go To Theme Repo
4.5) Go To the "Generator" Tab
5) Go To the "Settings" Tab
6) Return to the "Generator" Tab
Expected behavior
Only have one entry per option.
