Describe the bug
When Personal Pins is active, opening the right+click context menu for a message, then opening the emoji picker window (either by clicking Add Reaction or going down the fav emoji lists to click View More), the window reloads if the mouse hovers over it.
To Reproduce
When typing out an emoji's name in the window picker window, if the mouse accidentally hovers over the menu, the window reloads, resetting the text field.
Expected behavior
The window shouldn't update/reload on mouse hover.
