[BUG] - EmojiReplace doesn't work in poll details #2687

Describe the bug EmojiReplace doesn't replace emojis in poll details, which appear when you click on " vote(s)" in the bottom-left corner of a poll.

To Reproduce

  1. Poll people on whether Shelter is better than BetterDiscord, including emojis by selecting the smiley face to the left of the answer input fields
  2. Click on "0 votes" button in the bottom-left corner of the poll block
  3. Realize that everyone voted for Shelter and that the emojis weren't replaced
