Read all notifications button does nothing when clicked

Press the button..
Expected behaviour
I expect it to clear notifications

Discord Build (stable, ptb or canary):
Default stable better discord on latest version and latest discord version
Additional context
Lots of things been breaking since last discord update so i suspect it is that. Have also reinstalled still nothing and displays no error.
