[BUG] - ReadAllNotificationsButton missing on side menu #2773

Describe the bug The button to 'read all' is not available in the side menu between messages and servers.

To Reproduce All the time, regardless of restart.

Expected behavior The 'read all' button is available to click and read all server notifications and more depending on plugin settings.
