[BUG] - ImageUtilities: Blank screen when viewing image #2797

Describe the bug When right-clicking an image, hovering over Image Actions, and selecting View Image, instead of showing the image, it shows nothing. The blank space can't be dismissed by clicking, and can only be dismissed by pressing Escape or restarting Discord.

To Reproduce Restart Discord and immediately right click a user's profile picture, hover over Image Actions, and select View Image.

Expected behavior The image should show without having to view an image in a post first.

Discord Build (stable, ptb or canary): Stable v1.10.2

Additional context When viewing an image posted in a message first, and then viewing a user's profile picture by right-clicking it and selecting View Image, it successfully displays the image. However, it is not possible to click off the image to dismiss it, and instead pressing the Escape key is the only way to dismiss it.

I've tried deleting the 0BDFDB.data.json and 0BDFDB.plugin.js files and redownloading them, but that doesn't solve the issue. ImageUtilities and 0BDFDB are the only plugins in my plugin folder.
