I am trying to send the push notification using "push.alert" method then it is throwing the "Communication exception: java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: connect" error I am attaching the log file also.

I am very thankful if any one provide me the solution as early as possible.

check the following:

Firewall
SELinux settings
IP tables outgoing filters
do you need to use proxy settings?
