Starting on this here: PR #142

Started with just putting space between the PageTitle and the titleUnderline.

Our body font heavier than what the mockups show, but I cannot get this to change. I have tried changing the fontWeight on both body definitions inside of the theme.tsx file with no change.

Waiting on images with backgrounds from Vika.
