Footer link fix #81

Turns out each Footer Icon was wrapped in, and sitting in the middle of an anchor element. The Instagram one overlapped the Vimeo one. Reworked, rewrote, rearranged, back up and running.

I don't really see anything in the PR to merge.

All of the pertinent work was done in the commit called, "footer links fixed"

Not sure what it says only 1 file changed though and it's not even the file I changed.

Might be easier just to close this PR and raise another fresh

Seemingly a duplicate PR. All of this was fixed in this PR #82
