Pig fails with an Pattern match failure #110

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Build Pig from current darcs repository code .
2. Run "Pig" (without any options).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instead of the prompt you get:
  Pig: Pattern match failure in do expression at ProofState/Edition/GetSet.lhs:135:6-44

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Epigram2 from darcs at "http://www.e-pig.org/darcs/Pig09"
at Linux 64bit build with GHC 6.12.3 and she-0.1.

Thanks for your report.

Strangely, I cannot reproduce this. I have:

$ ./Pig
>

Have you installed (an older version of (?)) Pig using cabal maybe?

Finally I've found enough time to reinstall GHC and all my other Haskell stuff
from scratch. And - the after compiling "Pig" stuff again (from darcs
repository) everything works.

Sorry for the noise.
