Drop and give me requirements #2

Is it possible to do a drop down menu/checklist of application items? e.g., qualifying quiz, Teacher LOR, Counselor LOR, standardized test scores (+optional), personal statement, short answer responses, application fee, English language interview, English language proficiency proof (TOEFL/Duolingo, etc.), application video, portfolio

Yes... Need a complete list of what is wanted. Want the full list with checkboxes? Or just add one by one to a list?

I think full list with checkboxes would be great. This is what I can think of for now. There may be other items that occur to me later though.

  1. Online application (basic information)
  2. Transcript (9th grade-present)
  3. Resume of extracurricular activities
  4. Statement of purpose
  5. Short answer responses
  6. Proof of English proficiency
  7. English language interview
  8. Counselor Letter of Recommendation (LOR)
  9. Teacher Letter of Recommendation (LOR)
  10. PSAT/SAT/ACT standardized tests scores
  11. $ application fee
  12. Required pre-reading
  13. Video application
  14. Portfolio
  15. Coursework example
  16. Program-specific problem set
