6.12.1 released #18

the README install notes say to pull down 6.12.1-rc2. 6.12.1 is on the website now. http://www.haskell.org/ghc/dist/6.12.1/.

good point. moved the install instructions to the wiki, will move them back when it's a bit simpler.
