Binding to binaries? #23

It would be nice to also have a mode for binding to binaries on a system where GHC is not present. I may look into this if I get some time.

Patches gratefully accepted - it was certainly on the roadmap, but my startup is eating all my time at the moment. The machinery is there to creat the libs, but they'd need to be packaged up and shipped - it's the same problem that Haskell has with dynamic libraries that you need to have the same versions on your server.
