Fixed first column #13

Could itable fixed first column or fixed specify multiple columns?

Hi @SailingHe , I think so.

Could you give a try to this: https://github.com/mwouts/itables#column-width ? Also we did discuss the subject earlier in another issue, see this comment. Does it work for you?
