Use Jupyter Book to build the ITables documentation

We should split the README into multiple chapters of a Jupyter Book

• [x] Fix the table width and font
• [x] Fix the issue with the sample dataframe notebook
• [x] Automatize the publication on GitHub pages

The good news is that itables also works in Jupyter Book!

Now I'd like to fix

• the table width. Can we get the same width as the text?
• the font - can I get a font size that matches that of the main text?

@choldgraf, @chrisjsewell, do you think you can help me on this matter? I see the "full-width" tag in the layout chapter but I don't see how to not go full-width... And also I don't think I did anything special with the font...
