Access to dashboard denied #202

After upgrading to version 1.8.73.0, I can no longer access the dashboard. I get "HTTP Error 401.0 - Unauthorized You do not have permission to view this directory or page.". I have not changed anything in my web.config or otherwise. Any idea what could be causing this?
