Child scripts loading issue on reduced js with CKEditor #245

Like Tiny MCE and the MVC Mini, we are having same issue with another famous WYSIWYG tool, CKEditor. As of now I have ignored it in RequestReduce, but hoping to get some help from you as these are lot of these files
