support for VMWare base boxes #85

I would love to see support for VMWare base boxes, especially nanoserver

Unfortunately, I think Vagrant requires the Vagrant-VMware plugin, which costs $80 on top of the VMware license.

I have a packer build file that I've bled over that builds a win10 image fairly well; I'd be happy to share it if you wanted to update it and turn it into a pull request.
