vm_name for the templates? #92

Hi Matt - long time. Mac is busted so rebuilding including win VM :)

Is there value in adding vm_name to the templates as a user variable? I put it in mine for the packer build but there might be a good reason you didn't add it in the repo.

Just let me know if vm_name in the templates is a good idea, I'll do a if you agree..

As long as it defaults to the current one, I'd be happy to merge.
