more detailed error reporting in add listings panel frontend #23

Closed with #26 While it doesn't display on page (concerns with space), it does output to the console. Server side errors are being passed and outputted only for the Add a Listing page. If it was to do this for Check Listing, it'd get way too cluttered + possibly slow down things.

Displays 4 options

  1. Listing URL
  2. Listing already in DB
  3. Unable to scrape this site
  4. Server Error
