Fix/update methods for for Shapely 2.0
Deprecate wkt_to_dataframe, wkt_to_geodataframe, and wkt_to_geoseries
Add pytest_report_header to show installed versions of packages
Add other missing swn.spatial tests
Replace ci/get-usgs-executables.py with modflowpy/install-modflow-action
