Bug: API References in broker documentation removed #208

Currently, the API reference page(s) in our docs return empty results (see broker_utils.avro_schemas as an example).

I believe this might have happened during PR #150. @djperrefort would you be able to take a look at this when you have the chance?

Thanks @hernandezc1. When we talked yesterday I was mistaken thinking that this happened after @djperrefort implemented Poetry, but that was in a different repo (https://github.com/mwvgroup/pittgoogle-client/pull/7). I'll take a look at it.
