@ojwg there was a talk on gaussian regression a few days ago that was relevent to what we are trying to do. I've added a notebook outline some of my thoughts and some work on the color evolution of models. The notebook also introduces a few to-dos that we can work on in the future.
The last plot doesn't look right, but I won't have a chance to check fo my mistake untill I get back. Any thoughts you have are welcome.
