Model spectra #32

New file _model_spectra.py fits a SN model with MW dust to CSP spectra, and writes the fit parameters (amplitude and Av) to a file. Currently also plots the best-fit model and the data. Known issue: the modeled spectra and CSP spectra are offset. Looking for an error in the handling of redshift
