Our old Read The Docs documentation is still live on the internet here https://pitt-broker.readthedocs.io/en/latest/index.html. We need to take that down. Everything needs to point to the new docs at https://mwvgroup.github.io/pittgoogle-client/

I added a rule to our RTD settings so all of those old URLs will now redirect to https://mwvgroup.github.io/pittgoogle-client/.
