Ran processCcd.py, makeDiscreteSkyMap.py, makeCoaddTempExp.py, assembleCoadd.py, and forcedPhotCcd.py on LSQ13cwp.

Generated 6 output files:

Using butler.subset doesn't pull the right expnums. This is likely related to #23.
