Calibrate all DR2 images. #8

processCcd is not calibrating all DR2 images. Need to figure out why and fix this.

MWV: Can @kponder assemble an example of 5 success and 5 failures?

Here is my first attempt at finding these. But they are not good examples. Once Cori is up, I'll look for better examples. Leaving these here just to record that I checked them.

Previous examples, but need to find new ones. The log file is good_stacks.log

Good Stacks but do not run: iPTF14gdr_A_H_20141102.lsst.fits => bad stack iPTF14gdr_A_J_20141102.lsst.fits => bad stack ASASSN-14in_A_H_20141106.lsst.fits => bad stack ASASSN-14in_A_J_20141106.lsst.fits => bad stack SN2014dm_A_H_20141106.lsst.fits => bad stack

Does work with good stacks: ASASSN-14in_A_H_20141011.lsst.fits => WCS solution off, nothing in supernova bubble ASASSN-14in_A_J_20141011.lsst.fits => WCS solution off, nothing in supernova bubble SN2014dm_A_J_20141012.lsst.fits => WCS solution slightly off SN2011iu_A_H_20120925.fits SN2011iu_A_J_20121001.fits

The WCS solution for SN2014dm_A_J_20141012.lsst.fits looks fine to me.

Some of the individual star positions are a little off, but that's likely in part due to the difference in astrometric precision between 2MASS and WIYN.
