Update WebSocket version from hixie-76 to RFC6455 #1

Hi, mwylde. I'm a developer with WebSocket in Japan.

'em-websocket-client' is a good tool for Goliath testing, but WebSocket version is until hixie-76, so can not testing RFC6455 version.

I try to update using RFC6455 version. Please confirm and update gem if you feel good.
