geogs/ce search #104

The ajax search for a geog does not bring up items that are databased as "area". That item needs to be included because of a number of vague labels that have the finest geog as "Central America", "South America", etc.

fixed- if an entry is not matched to another name that is in the hierarchy, it doesn't appear in the search.
