cannot download titulky.com always blue death. with or without login on titulky.com. other dounlownd working just fine

hi, could you please describe me what subtitles in titulky.com you were downloading with what version of subssupport?

sorry for delay i been busy in work. regarding issue subsupport its happens always when do downloading any subtitles from titulky.com like i did mention. ...examples Animatrix; Hotel transylvania and pokemon, current image Pure2 v6.3, latest subssupport_1.5.8-20200522

Also tested before on :

fresh install image - openpli; pure2, VTI; openatv; openspa all latest version - opkg update and opkg upgrade; just only subsupport plugin installed

my stb is VU+Zero4K

please update me if its soft issue or hardware issue.
