New password doesn't get stored

Open defvol opened 9 years ago

After submitting a new password (see #193 #194), user is redirected to the root path and the pass update op fails.

Might be related to the tons of issues triggered by the path prefix '/participa'

The commit that resolved this issue got separated to another branch / PR so it should be closed after that PR gets merged

This issue will get resolved with a separate PR sent to the opengovfoundation/madison
