Vote buttons get inverted when there are 0 opossed #224

When a user votes and he can see how many people is in favor and how many oppose to the document, in every case the buttons are: left to vote in favor and right to oppose

But if there are 0 opposed, the opposed button gets to the left side and the interaction becomes confusing
