Moved the call to 'data_collection_end_hook' till the very end of the 'do_collect' method. #106

I made this change because I need parameters in the 'data_collect_parameters' dictionary that were added after the call of the initial position of the call to 'data_collection_end_hook'. If accepted I'll do PRs as well for the 2.1 and 2.2 branches.
