Added new XMLRPC methods 'open_dialog' and 'workflow_end' #121

These new functions are planned to work with a new "Workflow" HO that will replace the "EdnaWorkflow" HO. I have a propotype of the 'Workflow' HO that works but it needs more testing. Once thoroughly tested I'll commit the new HO.
